Organizer subscriptions can cover weddings taking place within the next 730 days.
Media storage runs for 365 guest days and 90 professional days after the last event recorded at payment. Expiry dates appear in the album. Per-wedding and shared organizer limits both apply; previews count toward storage.

Added from each media type’s current expiry, or from payment if already expired. Deleted files cannot be restored. Archive does not extend planning or use the organizer’s shared storage pool.
Good questions before you start
How do I start, and who pays?
Create an account and add your wedding, date and events. Then choose a plan in the application. Invited guests do not need a planning plan; optional purchases are separate.
How does yearly billing work?
Solo is €390 per year and Pro is €790 per year, paid in one annual charge. That is the price of ten monthly payments for twelve months of access. VAT is excluded.
What happens when the media period ends?
Guest media has 365 days and professional media 90 days after the last event. The owner then has 30 days to download the files or renew storage, followed by file deletion. Extend before deletion if you want to keep files here.
Can I cancel or change an organizer plan?
Use the billing portal to cancel renewal, update your card and view invoices. For questions about changing between Solo and Pro, contact hi@wedumi.com.
