Wedumi helps couples and wedding organizers keep a shared plan. Coordinators and selected vendors can work with the details assigned to them, while guests use personal invitations for their replies and practical information.

Yes. A couple can manage the wedding plan themselves and bring an organizer into the work later. Guest decisions, tasks and the schedule stay with the wedding; access is granted explicitly.

No. Guests open their personal invitation in a browser on a phone or computer. The link shows the events and actions available to them, such as replying to an invitation, choosing a meal or sharing photos.

Yes. A wedding can include several events and venues, each with its own timing and instructions. A venue request is not a confirmed booking: an offer and explicit confirmation are separate steps.

Guests see the published details shared with them: their events, RSVP options, menu choices, seating information and coordinator contact when available. They do not receive general access to the team's working notes or other guests' private details.

Yes. Albums can use a revocable link with an optional password. Viewing, uploading and downloading are separate permissions, so sharing an album does not automatically let someone download every file.

The Wedumi interface is available in English and Russian. Invitations and other supported wedding content can have language versions, with a fallback when a translation is unavailable.

The live workspace needs an internet connection. Coordinators can prepare an offline pack of essential day-of information in advance. A downloaded pack is a snapshot; check that it reflects the latest plan before using it.
